My box wasn’t even sealed with tape. When it showed up on my doorstep, all I had to do is lift the flap to open it. It was also clearly used as it was missing parts. While the mechanism itself might seem sturdy, I can’t tighten it anymore so my monitor is permanently tilted to the right. If I didn’t feel like going to the hassle of completely disabling or returning it, I would’ve. 

Just Right

Just right for my requirement. Tiny suggestion: the flathead screwdriver is a bit small for the slots on the set screws, tending to bung them up.

I like it.

Easy to set-up and works great. Spring adjustment has plenty more load support as I had to turn it down for my 32" Samsung Monitor.

A good product for 19" and 24" station

Well I would give it a 5 but I have to take 1 egg for the missing wrench and the instructions. Overall, I would buy it again and Do recommend this for a dual monitor station.

Excellent design. Universal mount is perfect for through desk mounting. Will probably buy more.

Feeling decieved

I feel deceived and am disappointed. The monitor stand works fine but I bought this stand assuming it was 'heavy duty' as the title and description mentioned. My issue is with the the joints that connect the segments of the horizontal arm. I thought they were large metal joints and was disappointed to find out that they are in fact plastic caps over standard looking joints. Only the joint closest to the vertical stand is made of metal. I paid the extra money for this stand to get a more robust product, but it seems its only slightly better than the cheaper stands.
