I purchased this after seeing a glowing review on Wirecutter. Apparently all of the best ic cream shops in NYC use this, and now I know why. It creates perfect little orbs of ice cream and runs through hard ice cream with ease. I will be purchasing these as gifts for family and friends.

This is a high quality made aluminum ice cream scooper or dipper. I have bought many of these and they all have been durable and long lasting scoopers.

My husband loves ice cream on a cone. All the scoopers I have purchased in the past were not like this one. This is a solid scooper/ It is not treated with a coating that over time starts to disintegrate. Or that the handle comes apart from the scoop portion of the scooper. So far, it has not come apart, or changed colors, or started to disintegrate. We love this scooper.

We use these scoops constantly, and they do a great job of getting that perfect "ball." Only thing to keep in mind is that you can't run these through the dishwasher. Shipping from webstaurant blew us away, received in <2 days from ordering from east coast.

This scoop works as it should, it is exactly what it claims to be, a sturdy aluminum ice cream scoop. For my uses, I wish I had gotten a slightly larger scoop. This one is a pretty small scoop.
