[Rewarded Review] Take precautions
I’m not sure it’s because my dough has been too wet, or too thin, or too many toppings, but I haven’t been able to slide pizzas onto this, and I have semolina sprinkled on it. I would say be sure your dough isn’t too wet, and that it will slide around on the board before trying to transfer to peel. I’ve seen some peels advertised as nonstick, but this isn’t.

My oven pizza peel was too large, and the Ooni branded peels are super expensive. This one fit perfect in the 12” or so pizza oven. Handle was long enough, not too long. Happy for the price.

It's all you can want and all you need for getting the pizza up off the counter and into and out of the oven! It's handy, dandy, slick and made in the USA.
I used and experimented with several pizza peels and was unable to find the perfect product. Getting ready to open a second location, and just ordered 2 more of these. They last on average 4-5 years under heavy use.
Quality Aluminum Paddle
Very good quality. I was impressed with the wood handle . Paddle is made of some hefty aluminum as is the support on the handle. This will last a lifetime.
