Cheap, cheap, cheap. Turns out this is a Safavieh product...in 18 months it's already unravelling, visible glue spots everywhere after light treading. Just garbage.

Disappointed

I bought four of these runners. They were labeled as "indoor" area rugs. However, they are made of jute and little bits of jute are getting all over my dark hardwood which is hard enough to keep looking clean without the rug. Also, one of the rugs has a lump in it. I am afraid to examine it too closely to see what is in there. I liked the pattern but my daughter pointed out how there were black vertical (horizontal?) lines across two of the rugs. I have had them on my floors about a week and have discarded the packaging. I wouldn't know how to begin to return them.

Fabulous Rug -- Looks great, good quality!

I ordered this rug in the 5x8 size for my bedroom. I was a little worried that the jute component in it would make it scratchy to walk on with barefeet or that it would feel coarse. Since this was going in my bedroom, softness was a concern. While this rug is not luxuriously soft or plush, it feels great underfoot! I love the pattern, which adds visual interest to the room but is not too busy. And I love the neutral color. The rug is heavy, good quality.
