Misleading bait and switch

The item is described as a shaker and tool set. They send only a shaker along with an invoice that states “shaker and tool set”. Then when you report the error they say it’s only the shaker despite the description on the website, the invoice, and even the return label all say “and tool set”. 40 dollars get you a shaker… but if you want to spend another 80 dollars more (120 total) they will throw in a few tools you could buy for at most 20 bucks separately??? I returned it, spent 36 dollars elsewhere and got an equivalent shaker that actually came with tools. Then I spent an extra 12 dollars and bought a muddler. Food52 I sent the return…. But I haven’t received credit yet… hope that won’t be another bad chapter to this experience…

This is a cute bartending kit. It's wildly over-priced but the quality of tins are good.

Very high quality, functional and so beautiful to handle and use. Many compliments received by those using the products as well as enjoying the results of the beverages.

Terrible presentation especially for the price

The product didn't even come in a proper box, it was scattered in an unlabeled regular cardboard box. Almost looks drop shipped drop shipped

I'm loving my margaritas now with this cocktail shaker. i was worried it would leak when shaking it b/c of the tilted angle but it is air tight and the metal gets really nice and cold when there is ice in it. It makes fantastic drinks!

I’ve been so happy with this set. It’s sturdy, high quality and looks beautiful on my bar. The shaker hasn’t leaked at all (like my old set) and is dishwasher safe which makes clean up a breeze!
