[Rewarded Review] Do not buy, it does not hold up

I reupholstered a sofa and made an ottoman of out of this fabric in March. (The color we bought is no longer available, so maybe they discontinued it... "Yeatts Chevron Jacquard Fabrics Item #: 18939470 QTY: 15 Color or Style: Cream." This material I'm submitting a review for, is the new version of what I bought and hopefully this replacement fabric is better... By the middle of June our fabric looked as though someone had taken an wire brush and run it across the fabric. It has just gotten worse and now looks awful. It is so bad that we are already planning to reupholster the sofa again. Attached are pictures of when it was originally finished (March 17th, 2024) and today August 12th, when I wrote this review. I would blame this on how we use the sofa or our dog, but it is happening on the fronts of the cushions where there isn't constant direct rubbing and the fact that it's happening on the ottoman, just from where our feet touch it, seems crazy to me after only a few months. The upholstery that was on the sofa before we reupholstered it, had been on the sofa for 11 years (with a second dog) and looked so much better than this new upholstery looks after just a few months. After putting SO much work into this project, to have to redo it again so soon is extremely disappointing. I would say, before you commit to this material, buy a few yards and live with it to see how it holds up. Hopefully you have a different experience than I have had.

Great price very satisfied just what I was looking for

Color was spot on for the project. I ordered the Parchment color which is a taupe and ivory color. The taupe does have some warmer undertones without being too grey.

Nice fabric but it started to pill and shoe signs if wear where the fabric stretched a bit and developed fuzzies

The colour is listed as oatmeal but it is very green. We would not use it where we had hoped to.

I got the parchment color. I thought the tones were beige on beige but it was more white on beige. The color contrast is much greater than expected.
