Disappointed

It worked great for almost 2 years. I moved and when I unpacked it at my new place, it would not work any longer. Machine turned on and acted like it was going to work but would not make coffee

Absolutely terrible

This machine is so outdated, bulky, and defective. I do not recommend, better off with the moldy cap single serve than from Keurig. I was so happy to finally throw it in the trash.

Did not last!

I have bought two of these K155 models in 5 years. They last about 2 years and then they go out. I don't understand as this is to be top of the line, commercial grade. It is not. First one just died, second one got stuck in "heating water" mode and never came out of it.

Only One Major Design Flaw, But it's a big one.

There is a real design problem when one would need to either remove the water reservoir or reattaching it to the main unit. Either is very difficult to do. We really did enjoy and were happy with our old Keurig. We had it for eleven years

Great machine....wish it lasted longer.

We are on our third K-155 within 2 and a half years. The pump failed on the first two, each time after just about 1,000-1,500 brew cycles. We love the convenience of this machine, but it's lifespan is very short for the price. By comparison, our Bunn High-Altitude thermosiphon is on its sixth or seventh year. Thermosiphons are simple and inexpensive, and, compared to the K-155, vastly more reliable. We have ordered our third one, but are not likely to order a fourth if this one fails in about a year, too.

Love this Keurig! quick and efficient warranty as well. Overall the brand is phenomenal. Like no other company in the world. The Keurig company takes care of their customers when any issues arise. Thank you for your honesty and assistance.

Where is the 12 cup option?

I just replace my Keurig K155 with the exact same model. My old brewer was able to brew 12 ounces. This new brewer has 10 ounces max. Wish i would have read the description closer. Very disappointed.

Couldn’t be more disappointed with Keurig.

I have a model that was slightly outside of the warranty, however looks new (as it’s been used very little). Was offered a discount on a replacement, called in the next day to be told that the K155 wasn’t eligible for the discount. They’re lucky that 1 is the lowest ranking, it’s not deserved. My customer experience couldn’t have been much worse.

I have had my machine for 6 years in my home. Me alone. I do the maintenance regularly and when away for 6 months at a time, I drain the machine, clean and leave unplugged. This time i plugged it in and got the clicking sound and no power. GARBAGE NOW

I wish it brewed larger amounts - but I love the coffee maker!

Great coffee maker but short life span

We bought this coffee maker in 2021 and it stopped working out of nowhere unfortunately. We loved it for the couple years we had it, but be aware that it has a short life span.

love the features, our first k155 came with a defective had no memory of its settings, called suport and after abrief time trouble shooting the replaced. the replacement arrived very quickly, and works perfectly.
