Too small/flimsy

Disappointed in this product. Easy to assemble but much smaller than I expected. Dislike the plastic brakes, you have to be careful pushing cart because you may trip over the cart—I wheel cart in front because of bad knees. Because the handle is so low I have to bend over and it hurts my back. Would not purchase again and recommend not buying.

Product arrived on time and in good condition.

Large wheel fell off in less than 2 months of use.

I had to return it because it was impossible to pull it on the street. The swivel wheels kept turning the direction. And if you push it and hit a bump in the sidewalk, then it falls over with you on top of it. Plus the handle wan't high enough for me. I'm 6ft tall. The width and depth were good. I had to exchange it for DMI Folding Shopping Cart = https://www.homedepot.com/p/DMI-Folding-Shopping-Cart-640-8213-0200/203284005 - It's not as big, but it is pullable and taller and cheaper.

i cant put it together because the breaks are the same side breaks,, i have 2 left breaks ..

It’s small even for me at 5 feet tall.

It was pretty good for 6months….

Worked great, until 6months after I purchased it the front wheel fell off. No idea how to replace this. We don’t overload the cart - we can’t because I wouldn't be able to move it. It’s never over 50lbs. We also only used it 2x a month. So not a great value for 12 uses… don’t buy

While it looks like the photo, I was disappointed in the overall size of the cart. I was expecting it to be larger. This was a gift for someone.

Wish it was 2” wider, also the brake pieces get in way of curb lifting…other than that, it’s a neat cart.

Do not buy

Very small. It is pretty hyped up on website, but it is tiny. There are bigger strong carts at the dollar store. I purchased this one because it is from Homedepo. I returned it immediately.

Missing Part - Poor Quality

Got this item and the bottom wire mess is missing. Customer service cannot reach the vendor so I was offered a $20 refund. Then I have to place a new order. This online order and transaction could have been good but the item needs to be inspected thoroughly to ensure all parts are complete. Regardless, this item is poor quality, not strong nor sturdy. Bad deal.

Vevor Is Not A Trustable Brand

They assembled it backwards. I had to explain to Vevor's customer service twice over that it would not open the other way before they gave me the option for a replacement. They took one week to review what I had said had gone wrong, complete with pictures, and rAfter my second response, they took another week to offer a replacement, to a message where I said I was no longer interested due to lack of timelines.

The instructions were poor for this cart. It wasn’t clear how to put the brakes on. I took it back to Home Depot or somehow they said there was no one to help and they didn’t do that. So I had to return the cart. Very disappointing.
