Overall not bad. But noticing degradation.

Seems to be of sounds quality and design, but the left slide is starting to show signs of failure with it sticking and increasing rolling resistance with only 3 weeks of use.

Get rid of the trash barrel in the kitchen, these cabinet trash bins are a perfect idea to hide them away. Also soft close.

This is a very nice product. I will say that the instructions for installation were NOT terribly helpful; thank goodness for YouTube videos!

I bought this to replace a similar Rev-a-Sheld trashcan drawer that didn't have the soft-close feature. It's a lot of money just to add soft-close, but wow, so much more appealing to use! Installation was difficult, but with lots of patience and tripple-measuring everything the installation ended up perfect. Highly recommended if you have some DIY skills and can take your time.

The product seems to work fine. One of the trash cans is broken. I filled a complaint and you said you were sending me a replacement. It still hasn’t arrived after 4 weeks.

Wonderful product. Used it to store all of my foil, parchment paper, spices, and seasonings. Very easy to install. Hardest part was screwing in bracket to bottom of the cabinet because ny cabinet was so narrow, had nothing to do with shelving unit.

I got with damaged bin but they send a new bin immediately. Very good customer service.

Missing Screws

Giving two stars because I received mine without the screws! Had to go out and buy a couple different types of screws to assemble the product for installation and use! Also, as another review states, the paper instructions are awful. The YouTube video it suggests is much better… seems to be working fine now that I have it assembled.

First time enptying a few recycling items into the street bin and the can crack at the top. Very disappointed

So happy I found a retro fit for my cabinet! I first started researching this trash cabinets on other websites; as I read one user review, I was about to buy a product that was not soft closing. That would have been a deal breaker! It is a little confusing to order the right product for your cabinet (do you have a face frame or not, etc). But careful reading and measuring and I got it done and surprised my husband. We've been using for over a month and it has been working surprisingly well. The door slides open/shut easily. Even when the bag is full with cans/bottles and other garbage, it does not seem to stress the door. My feedback to Rev-a-Shelf - please provide a small slot to tuck the extra trash bag between can and the wooden holder! I recommend and will look into their other products!

We replaced our old version in our cabinet that would always pop open. Took my husband and I a little figuring out, but once we had it installed, it changed our kitchen garbage pop open nightmare. Should have replaced it a long time ago! The soft close feature is the best and closes easily.
