Easy to bring key files to the top of your desk. I have four of these that I store in a large file drawer so that I can pull out files by major subjects rather than having to pull multiple small files individually. Very useful.

Sturdy

I bought this for my desk to hold lots of work folders that I wanted readily accessible. This has lots of room to hold them and doesn't take up a whole lot of space on my desk. I used to have a letter holder and the file folders would fall all over the place. This is much better.
