Failed at 6 yrs

As another person posted his died at 7 yrs, ours died the same way at 6 yrs.

Poor product support

I installed two of these Pulse Shower systems. Water hose within the casing ruptured on one unit about a year ago. The company suggested that I purchase replacement hose from the local plumbing store as it is readily available. I was unable to find a compatible hose after exhausting search locally. The company replaced the unit for a charge.

This the closest thing to a spa treatment that you can imagine! Easy to install and easy to use. My granddaughter LOVED the body jet spray and the nice rainfall shower. It was so nice, that we invited the family to use this shower instead of the guest bath shower. We would definitely buy again! We have an extended shower in our home that screamed for BONZAI.

Poor representation

Buying this shower panel is like buying a car WITHOUT a motor! The unit does not come with a regulating valve. This means that your EXISTING shower control valve must be used or you have to find one that kinda matches it and be installed off centre. The instructions are VERY POOR. Absolutely NOT recommend for new installation as the cost doesn’t include a valve. As a retrofit, it has to be installed off centre to make use of the existing valve which won’t be a good match finish or style wise.

Great outer shell, Bad internal tubing

First off, I extremely loved this product when first installed. Simple to the point and luxury at a decent price (At least i thought). The metal shell is very well machined and sturdy even the showerhead is made pretty decent. The problems come with the inner tubing and handshower tube. This is where the product fails though you will have no idea until later. With very little user accesibility (even though it looks like it) Its almost impossible to repair. So, is it worth $300 (plus possible install cost) for 2-4 years of use before a serious leak arises ??? that’s your choice. But here’s my story...

I really love it. The rainfall shower head sprays...

I really love it. The rainfall shower head sprays soft drops. The hand held really can help your aching muscles with the settings & the 3 jets are just fun. I will recommend to my family & friends!

I've been using mine for years!

My parents bought me this system for Christmas a few years ago, since I kept trying to talk my dad into installing a rainfall showerhead in the ceiling. This does just that, with a lot less construction work and plumbing! I've really been impressed with how well it works. I will admit that I have made a few modifications. 1) I removed the flow restrictor...2) I ended up swapping out the waterfall showerhead for a Waterpik brand one, which was a bit stronger...and 3) I drilled additional holes in the back sprayers to allow for more spray.

Human Carwash

The shower unit is awesome. Having trouble getting hot what and water pressure. Plumber has disassembled twice. Once that part is figured out then it should be awesome. It looks beautiful!

Heavenly!

I needed a hand held shower device due to surgery, but THIS is a luxury item which I have recommended to several friends! A plumber installed it, due to strong upper body strength and my surgery requiring no lifting, but it is easy to install. He said he would like to have one at home but then his kids would be taking 30 minutes showers and there wouldn't be hot water left for him!
