Great quality, great packaging
Unsatisfactory service
This is not about this product. I ordered this picture frame for my acquaintance’s graduation gift. I chose a gift option and included a gift message. The tracking showed it was delivered. A few days past and I asked the recipient if she received the gift. It turned out that the merchandise was sent without a gift wrap and message, plus there was no sender’s name on it. The occasion was totally ruined. I cannot trust Bloomingdale’s for sending a gift any more.
