Plastic

These are plastic. I thought maybe they would be a nicer product because of the design. But they are plastic! Enough said!

We had ordered 2 color chargers, half were on back ordered but we waited for about a 4 month span. Great news, They have just arrived. We are pleased with Webstaurant delivering on the orders with strong reputation to ensure the customer is happy

Our initial order included 2 sets of Chargers, The initail set arrived with a few damage and cracked units. We contacted Webstaurants. They took charge, contacting supplier and crediting us the broken units. The supplier also followed up with replacement units as well. A good day to share feedback with my wife! Happy Wife...Happy Life!

Worth the wait!

I had ordered these for Christmas and they finally arrived! When I learned how backordered these were I was tempted to cancel this order, but decided to wait. When it finally shipped the order was wrong. But Macy's quickly corrected the situation! Excellent customer service in a day when it is so rare! I am glad I waited! They dress up my plain square white dinner plates beautifully. I love the texture of the finish on the charger plates! It adds dimension to any table setting and keeps it contemporary. I will order again. I would have only given 4 stars because of the long wait but I was WOWED by excellent customer. The service earned back the star. Order quickly and EARLY!
