So far ok…

I purchased this trash can to prevent the dogs from getting into the trash. I just opened the box and set it up this morning, and the functionality is what I was hoping for. It did arrive with a dent, see photo. However, I need it desperately enough that I can’t be bothered to do a return, etc. But it does seem like a lot of money for what it is. Hopefully this is just what I needed!

This can is garbage!

My first order arrived severely damaged and was exchanged. The second came with less damage, so I gave up and kept it. The odor absorber is a joke; it doesn't stay in place or do what it's purported to do. The top computer works when it wants to. I use it in the garage so I don't get frustrated by a garbage can, which is a terrible product.

I bought this for my new house but it took some time to open the box. I have tried 3 sets of batteries and none of them work. Guessing I received a defective unit and since I waited too long, I am stuck with a useless trash can. Lesson learned.

Stopped working after 3 weeks

Not sure what is going on with this trashcan, but it stopped working after three weeks. I checked the batteries and made sure that everything was working, but it will not open or close automatically anymore. Guess it's past the return date so I'm stuck with a touch-less trashcan that isn't touch-less, not very

Flawed product

You'd be lucky if your live last 10 months and if they replace it and it goes again in a few months they will do anything. Why would anybody want to buy trashcan that you have to spend $50.00 Every year to replace the lid

I love this motion sensor trash can. If you do a lot of cooking and don’t like touching the lids to throw things away, this is exactly what you need! tall enough that you are not trying to constantly compact the trash but not so tall that you feel it’s obvious next to your island. This is a must have in any kitchen!

Under Warranty, Company Doesn't Stand by product

Had can 9 months, the open and close function work well, however a vital part of the can is failing and will soon be useless. The bag retainer ring is starting to crack, the company doesn't warranty this after first day of use. They are very shady about not covering this part of the can. Worst is that they want to charge you $26 for a piece that cost them less than $5 to make.

Pretty disappointed

Well, two problems. Dent in one side upon arrival, (not too bad). The description says runs on D batteries, (so I bot 4 and a charger for). The actual batteres required C, (which belatedly I confirmed on the iTouchless website. Such a bs hassle.

Love it. It makes our kitchen look classy and the odour control is good too. I wish it came with an adapter though. We had to buy one separately

Amazing purchase. It has changed our lives and we recommend it to everyone. The only negative is that ours came a little off balance, but since we rarely ever touch the thing, we hardly notice it rocking back and forth.

My shipment was prompt and safely delivered. Unfortunately, I am not able to check the trash can's operation as it was delivered to my new home in VA and I'm in NC. The pricing and free delivery was helpful. I will be moving to VA in the next few months and expect to find this item helpful.

Love this product. Purchased for the kitchen in our game room and many people have commented how it's motion activated. I did purchase the power plug later but never had any issues when it was battery only!!

Wal-Mart has the best advertised price for this trash can. It shipped quickly and arrived undamaged. The recipients loved it. Said it keeps their dogs' noses out of the trash - mission accomplished.

[Rewarded Review] Not perfect but it fits our needs

I love the size and that it can hold a larger volume than some other trash cans. And because of the way the lid opens, I can fit it under my kitchen counter. However, the sensor is super sensitive and opens if we just walk by and because the lid stays open for a little while, the garbage smell is released. I don' t think the filter really does anything.

Fits perfectly in the kitchen space, so convient to be hands free in the kitchen. Garbage can still running on same battery after all of this time and it is used often everyday. Great buy.

Odor filter compartment for wings open trash can

I had to replace the odor filter because we accidentally threw our out. The new one fit but even with the oder pak it still smelled. I like the can so I will keep using.

Priceless Trash Can
