TV console

We just purchased this and really like the look of it. It was easy to put together because the directions were excellent. It took us about 2.5 hours to put together. Every item was marked which made putting the pieces together easy. The only bad thing was that when we unpacked the top piece, there were 7 scratches on the front of it that can be seen in the picture.

Beautiful piece of furniture! It came well packaged and it is very good quality. Assembly took about 1.5 hours and was not difficult. It looks great in our den and the size works well with the 65” TV. Would definitely recommend!

Wayfair is HORRIBLE. Absolute worst experience of my life. Their customer "service" feels designed specifically to make your life miserable. Look at their wall-to-wall 1-star Trustpilot reviews before you buy anything. BEWARE!!!

Did not receive product I ordered. Different make and model.

Beautiful, well built piece of furniture. However, not even close to color as shown online. I ordered Distressed Gray (see stock photo) as opposed to what I received. More like light rustic brown. Doesn’t go with my decor.

was just able to have the item build hours before i couldnt address any issues.

I love it. I have one problem, the knob handle screw on one door is too long to screw closed.

Damage on delivery

The box had a puncture in the carton. That carried through and damaged one of the pieces. The manufacture cannot supply a replacement part!

Good piece, lots of storage. Two years later and a move still holding up well.

I like the piece. they should have provided white glove service on this item! It took like 3 days to put it together and some pieces were missing holes and there was a chip on the side when I opened the box. I wish it were taller but I’m gonna make it work.

This tv stand is beautiful ... BUT it took hours for us to assemble. Lots of pieces. Once assembled, I am extremely happy with it. The stand is very heavy and well built (except for the odd screw that we accidentally used) but you can tell the wood is solid and good quality. Very happy with this purchase!

I read a lot of the reviews on this piece of furniture and found them all to be true in some regard. First of all it’s a great piece of furniture that looks better than I thought it would in our family room. As with all assemble your self furniture, it’s not perfect but this is pretty close. I was very concerned at first because there was a large gash in the cardboard box it came in but it’s packaged so well that there was no damage to the furniture. The most common complaint that I read about this piece is the time it takes to put together. They’re true. It does take a minute, but it needs to if you want to get good results. Take your time. If you have the option of assembling it on a table or work bench that will make things easier otherwise it’s a lot of bending over and screwing which sounds like a good time but in this context not so much.

Doors didn't fit right

We ended up taking it back to Lowe’s because your customer service was slow and it took days for you to get back to us and always asking for us to email you more and mome without solutions.
