Substantial faucet.

Had this installed today, so far so good. Only wish the pull out sprayer wasn’t plastic, worried it might break since it’s a utility sink.

It’s a laundry faucet.

Very nice faucet but spray head is light plastic. Alignment tab was broken off upon opening box. We’ll see if the new one lasts but I doubt it will. Great flow.

Faucet was packaged securely, easy to install, operates smoothly and is very nice looking especially for a utility faucet. I installed a new in counter utility sink and this faucet in our mud room and everything turned out great!

Fine, but not great.

The faucet works well, but the entire spout section is plastic not metal. At this price point, I would have expected full metal construction. The design and feel of the handle is great. Also, when they include an escutcheon for 4" centers, they mean outside to outside distance (4" wide") not 4" between each of three holes (8" wide).

Nice look, cheap feel.

I was looking for a low profile faucet for our laundry room sink. This fit the bill. It matches the cabinet hardware and the extension of the nozzle head combined with the spray mode helps clean a rather deep and large sink. The main complaint I have with this faucet is that it feels cheap. I was shocked how it felt like plastic. This faucet isn’t metal or brass. Maybe plated? Maybe?! For Kohler to sell such cheap feeling faucets is a shock to me. My whole house is done up with Kohler from head to toe. This is the lightest, most cheap feeling faucet I’ve ever had. It’s almost as if it’s a total knock off. Would have been nice if the supply lines were in the box. Having to run to HD to buy those also made me upset. You know, I replaced a Delta faucet with this one. And that faucet had pen supply lines attached to the faucet and the faucet itself was heavy and made of 100% solid metal/brass. It was also $150 cheaper. This one is more functional and the design is nicer for the space. But it’s flimsy and not up to the standard I expect from this company.

Thought the bottom plate was optional, so that was a little disappointing to find out it had to be installed as the photo shows. Was hoping for no bottom plate. But it is fine in my laundry room.

Works as needed but the detachable faucet is bent at an angle, making if difficult to clean the sides of a deep laundry sink.

Very high flow rate and great build quality.

Does not turn

Followed the instructions step by step. The faucet does not turn at all. Now I am going to have to take it off and return. A lot of work for nothing.

Pullout poorly engineered

Small plastic centering tab for pullout broke before install. Base of faucet well built but pullout needs to go into the base further for strength and a stronger bigger tab to center it.
