Beautiful desk but difficult to assemble

The desk is beautiful and it goes well with my office furniture. However, it took hours to assemble!!! I had to put every single part together, even the drawers! I had a hard time aligning everything for the screws to be able to be screw on correctly. I was regretting purchasing it but now that it is finally assembled it looks great.

I like the design and it looks great in my office space. It was a little complicated to assemble.

Decent desk, be patient with the assembly.

It’s a lovely desk and looks like it might be decent quality although none of it is real wood. However it was a nightmare to put together, the instructions were not great several holes didn’t line up right. A suggestion I would say is don’t tighten any of the screw until all the screws are in. Then go back and tighten. I had to loosen so many screws just so I could line up other holes just enough. Overall I think it took me 4 hours to build by myself. One of the desk portions did come damaged but it is in a spot that won’t be seen. Also measure twice or three times when installing the drawers. I hope it holds up. I like the look of the desk just wish that it were actual wood.

I really like the desk. It is sturdy and looks solid. Be sure to pre-test the height dimensions work for you - it was lower than I anticipated. I assembled it myself in about 2 hours. Lots of parts and pieces but easy to assemble and understand the directions. I recommend this desk for the price point !

Love the desk, but. . .

The desk isn't solid hardwood but still looks nice and is durable enough to hold my dual monitor setup. The instructions were absolutely phenomenal though - whoever their writers are, give them a raise! What's most unfortunate about this desk, however, is that its orientation can't change. The filing cabinet will always be on the right side. This limits my room setup greatly. I could have it perfectly set up if it could just switch to the other side like other L-desks allow. Perhaps there is a way, but there's no obvious indication, nor is it mentioned in the instructions.
