I bought a pair of these Chrome faucets 2-3 years ago for a bathroom remodel of my guest bath. This bathroom gets very little usage and now the faucets have suddenly started leaking! I identified the leak as coming from the underside of the spout area where there are a couple screws that holds a small rectangular piece located on the top of the spout. I realized that this is a defect in how the product was designed because I can see that even if I did find replacement parts, that area is very likely going to leak again. However, because the faucets are pricey, I did some research and found that they were backed by ALFI BRAND so I contacted them to see if they would replace/repair or at least direct me to where I may purchase replacement parts. The person I spoke with told me that I need to prove that the faucet belongs to them which I did by providing photos. After trying to deny that the faucet was theirs, I directed this person to their own website which clearly states how "This unique single hole tall waterfall faucet by ALFI brand..." (my exact faucet), which appears on their website ALFIBRAND.COM for *** They then declared that they don't know where that picture came from and that "Unless you have hard hard proof that you have our product, unfortunately, there is nothing we can help you with it."! They can say that because they do not have their name on any part of the faucet and when I took it to various supply companies within my area, no one could find the part because the name does not appear anywhere on it! Of course after over two years I had discarded the packing and receipts since the product appeared sturdy and well constructed. I want others to keep in mind that when you purchase products from companies claiming to offer lifetime warrantees then won't stand behind their claims, you risk losing your hard-earned money. I will be extra careful purchasing products that does not have a brand name anywhere on it and especially if backed by this AFLI BRAND company. I wish I had this formation when I bought my two faucets.
