Delivery instructions not followed

Delivery instructions requested a front door delivery of this 66lbs package. Package was instead left in the complex mailroom. No solutions they can offer to resolve the situation. Only overly apologetic in a scripted manner but the inconvenience still remains. Very disappointing.

Bigger than I expected, pleasantly surprised. Easy to put together and a beautiful set. I would definitely recommend, not ideal for very small spaces.

Oups! No hardware

It would have been nice with the hardware. I picked up my set. The box was in pristine condition however, when we carefully opened it, we realized there was no assembly manual nor any hardware. We contacted the manufacturer and they will be sending the missing parts (we did not want to return to the store, refund and re-order as it would have been long). The manufacturer was very helpful and we are awaiting the missing parts however, we were not able to enjoy the set since then and during a special event. We were glad that the local Walmart store contacted us to follow up. At the end of the day, we are confident that we will be able to enjoy the set once the hardware has been received however, this caused us a two week delay, regardless. I will shop at Walmart in the future but will be careful when receiving my merchandise.

Superbe achat

J'ai fait beaucoup de magasinage avant de faire mon choix. Cet ensemble est parfait et son prix est excellent (acheté en vente pour nous). Je recherchais 2 chaises confortables, avec un dossier juste assez haut et un coussin (pas plein à gérer). Les chaises sont larges et très confortables. Le dossier est en cable de polymère robuste et confo pour le dos (on ne sens pas les barres de métal. La table est d'un format idéal pour dîner à deux sur la terrasse. Facile à assembler. Livraison en 24hrs. Je recommande ce produit.

Nice set for the price

Easy and straightforward to put together but A few screws wouldn’t go in all the way which was frustrating. Otherwise a nice set for the price.

Love it!

We saw this set at a local garden centre and really liked it. We both ( 5'6" female and 6'2" male ) found the chairs very comfortable and liked the modern aesthetic. The owner was kind enough to pass along where he had bought it so I ordered it right away. Super quick delivery, very well packaged and easy to build. Would definitely recommend.

Terrible support for missing parts

Review is for Walmart. Bought two sets of these and after assembling the two chairs in one of the sets (with difficulty), it became apparent that the table legs were missing from the box. Walmart requires me to disassemble the two chairs I spent 3 hours trying to get together, return then entire package to the store for a refund, and re-order! So in essence, their error is my problem. Take heed.

The wide back rest make them extremely comfortable even without cushion, better quality fasteners makes it sturdier. The table has tempered glass. Easy to ensemble, light to move around and great price.

Great set - high quality; very comfortable; easy to put together; very reasonable price point. Using one chair in my living room. (Also side table was a surprise - I really didn’t expect much but it’s a high quality table with tempered glass) Don’t hesitate - it’s worth it!
