Swapped for a different color

Ordered %26 paid for one color, then was told it was out of stock %26 they offered an alternative that should have been very similar. When it arrived, it was nothing like the color ordered. Tan color has not faded and looks brand new 4 months in

I bought the tan color because the umbrella will be on the West facing side of our house where we have temps over 100 for most of July and August. So I thought a tan color would be best for fade resistance. It’s been outside since the beginning of May (Sept 2 today) and looks brand new still. We do keep it down when we aren’t outside because of also living in a high wind area. But overall, love it. Bought a base from Amazon and it works great.

Broke in half with a little wind

I got this umbrella and May, but did not put it up until mid June and by July it had broke in half (where the crank is located). It was raining and the wind was blowing. I heard a sound, looked outside, and it had broke in half. I guess it is not a high quality umbrella. I'd like to be refunded, but it is past the 90 day return period. That's on me for waiting so long.
