Great umbrella, bad delivery. They placed at my garage door. If I didn’t have cameras I would have run over it . This is not Birch lanes fault it is the person who delivered it.

I love this umbrella. I actually purchased two. They are very well built. Easy to open and close and have nice ties that I use keep them closed when not in use. Our last umbrella which was just as expensive did not.

This is the 2nd of these that I've bought from Houzz. Sunbrella makes the best products available, and the Houzz price was unbeatable! Although I take it down in severe weather, It is exposed to S. FL sun year-round. After 5 years the colors stayed true. (I use an anti-mildew spray occasionally, is does not harm the fabric). The fabric does become a bit fragile after 5 years of constant use, and the seams were beginning to tear. I felt lucky to find my "Saville Seaside" pattern at such a bargain price!

Fantastic umbrella

I was trying to get close to blue Sunbrella cushions that I have, and it was as close to a perfect match as possible. The umbrella is sturdy, put together very well. The crank is easy to operate to open it, and the collar-tilt function is very nice and works very well. I don't even have to leave my chaise lounge to operate it. I'm hoping for many years of enjoyment out of it. Originally I wanted a smaller 7.5' umbrella, but couldn't find one anywhere with tilt, everyone was out of stock. But I'm glad I ended up with the 9' size, it looks very nice and isn't too big at all.

Great umbrella that's well worth the price!

We've had the umbrella for 4 months now. We've left it tied up for a couple of months now that the rainy season has started and the fabric did not fade. The umbrella is well made. We've left it in tilted the umbrella several times and that works great too! It matches the other two navy blue garden umbrellas and is well worth the price.

true pure white

I can't speak about the umbrella itself as I am returning it simply because of the color. I am trying to match an umbrella I already have, and found it very difficult going by the colors described online, so wanted to share at least that information. This umbrella is a true/pure white. no hint of beige/tan/yellow. Other than that it looks like a nice umbrella and ordered it because other customers seemed happy with it!

We've purchased umbrellas online before, and were disappointed with the quality. This umbrella is exactly what we were looking for. It's sturdy and well designed. The tilt feature is great and easy to use. The ability to pick the pole color was a real plus. The fabric is heavy weight and beautiful. My only bummer moment was that they sold out and I wasn't able to buy more. Hopefully they'll carry this again next year. We're thrilled with this purchase.

The tilt mechanism differs from most other umbrellas. This tilts by turning a collar just above the crank housing. this was not detailed in description nor in the photos. . my other umbrellas (purchased through you) tilt when you continue to turn the crank handle after the umbrella is fully elevated/opened. But I really like the umbrella and how it functions.
