Good furniture and great customer service

Quality of the furniture is great and customer service is top notch. If I had a complaint, which I really don’t, the chairs are a bit small but they are sturdy.

Might be nice furniture, however white glove delivery team never called, just dropped boxes off in the front blocking the door. Don't trust white glove delivery if you are ordering from Pittsburgh.

This patio dining set is wonderful. The color is beautiful and the pieces are very well made of sturdy material. I am confident it will be able to stand up to our Texas weather. Highly recommend.

Love this set! Well made and sturdy enough to hold larger build people. Especially love the greater weight capacity, that the side chairs have no arms, and apparently the set also comes with a 20 year warranty!

This is a good quality, heavy table. There’s a lot of wind here, and I don’t have to worry about these chairs blowing away. Like all Polywood, it has a textured surface, so pollen and dirt do accumulate, but it washes well and looks like brand new. Be aware that the chairs are somewhat petite but they are comfortable. We had crazy delivery issues but Wayfair did everything they could to make it right. This set is just what I wanted and I would recommend it.

Beautiful seat, super easy to assemble. Has a hole for the umbrella but it wasn’t cut out so we can’t use it. Also the table top came with some scratches on it. But we didn’t notice until it was already fully assembled.

Heavy duty. Pleasantly surprised that the chair were fully assembled. The arm chairs needed a quick placement of the arms. Table easy to assemble. Worked best to have a drill to put in the bolts quickly. Took about 1/2 hour to assemble. Best to have 2 people. 1 to hold and 1 to screw/drill. Definitely a great table and chairs

Not nearly as nice as it looks online. The chairs are small and look like something for a child. So disappointed. It's heavy duty for sure, but so much less than I expected. To top it off, the set was delivered 3 days ago and Wayfair started selling 30% off before I got it. I paid full price. This is my last purchase from Wayfair.

I absolutely love it. It's very well built and heavy so you dont have to worry about the wind blowing it over. The chairs are already assembled. All you nees to do is put the arm rests on 2 of them. The table is super easy to assemble. The set is super durable. It's going to last for a very long time. I wish I could give it 10 stars. Super happy with my purchase.

Furniture arrived as promised & is true to color & quality. Assembly took less than 15 minutes as the 6 chairs came fully assembled except for the arms on the 2 Captain chairs. Table only required leg assembly & assembly tool was provided. Chair seats & backs are contoured & make them comfortable. Would highly recommend this product.

So far, so good! Very easy to assemble (attach arms to the two arm chairs and then all the pieces that make up the legs to the table) took maybe an hour and a half A 38” ratchet was the MVP of assembly. We picked this setmaterial so it could stay out all year long and hopefully withstand the weather - we’ll see, it’s definitely plenty heavy! The chairs are a little petite, especially when you look at them separately, but once they’re around the table they feel fine and are pretty comfortable without cushions. I’d probably consider it a petite set overall, as the dimensions reflect, but it’s just what I wanted. To note, the chairs are fully pushed in in the pictures. Wayfair delivery was great! It took a bit to get here, but that was communicated with the initial order (ordered March 29, delivered May 2.)

Wow! We waited for this set but it’s definitely worth the wait. Husband put the table and side arms on captain chairs within an hour. They are heavy for AZ winds and will resist our high temps. Previous reviews were definitely right on and it’s worth the money. Plus it’s made in the U.S.A!!

The Polywood Chippendale furniture is very well made. It is heavy (a good thing!), easy to put together (you only need to put the legs on the table; the chairs come assembled), and the seats are surprisingly comfortable, even without cushions. There is a hole pre-drilled in the table so that you can use an umbrella (and the set comes with a plug for the hole in case you opt for no umbrella). The table is not huge (good for a small terrace or patio) but it is large enough to seat 6 people comfortably. I selected the gray color and it is as shown in the photos. It complements nicely a gray Cape Cod house and flagstone terrace.
