Value that pays off now and in the future

SO pleased with the quality and look of our new Nautical dining table from Polywood. I wanted a table that would last and this table and umbrella are vastly better. Definitely proved to me that it was well worth paying a little more for something that is a FAR better value now and in the future.

Table assembly/build-quality could have been better.

The feet for the table did not have their holes drilled correctly. They were each about an inch off. Luckily, I have a drill press and was able to correct and complete the assembly.

Damaged and Late

Arrived late and damaged. Very disappointed in customer service taking over a week to respond.

I haven’t received my order even though the shipping company states I signed for it! We’ll, where is it?? Find it please, before the summer is over!

Boards are warped on the table top. Wouldn’t have expected that on this piece. Overall quality is good. I submitted something to customer service but haven’t heard back. I remain hopeful. I love how the piece looks.

Replaced our square glass table with this in our screen room. Fits and looks better. Well made too!

Beautiful. I was worried about paying so much for a patio table, but it was definitely worth it. I was notified via text and phone call of delivery, and the white glove service was a bonus. The men delivered the table, put it together, and removed the boxes within an hour. The table itself is sturdy, easy to clean, and the patio has become our ‘go to’ place once again.
