Superb office chair
Pros: Simple design. No dynamic lumbar support option which can cause instability in a chair. Very thick padding. Best memory foam pad seat that I've used from any chair. 4 position tilt lock option is awesome. You can tilt the chair back and lock it in a tilted position.

Great chair!
One of my favorite office chairs. And this is coming from someone who has spent a lot of time in other brands of chairs. This is a durable chair that just "fits." One thing about chairs is that you need to try them for yourself. But, if you have a local dealer who has this chair, I highly suggest giving it a try. The way the back and seat are designed is the most out-of-the-box ergonomical setup I have found. There is plenty of adjustment available on this chair as well. Worth the cost, especially being that it is half the price of the well known office chairs. Oh, and La-Z-Boy customer service is top notch, as we found out when we needed a replacement part that was well outside its warranty period.
