I did not receive the product I ordered. I did experience a very helpful person in Customer Service who refunded my money.

As much as I think the light is beautiful, the hardware provided was incorrect and install was a disaster. The screws provided were longer than the support wall anchors and the wall anchors themselves are unnecessarily large, creating larger holes than necessary. The instructions were also very broad. I had an experienced handy man try and install and still ended up with 6 holes in my wall that required to be repatched and repainted. The light has still not been installed as now I need to wait for this to happen.

Ordered this incrorrectly. Actually needed this to be wired into the wall, but it is for people who want to have this hang and plug-in to a plug.

We like the light but do not love the cord situation. Its too bad that the switch is so close to the light. It has to rest on top of the artwork. I would like to be able to run the cord behind the artwork in a straight line and have the switch lower, around 36" from the top. We like that the light has two brightness levels.

Beautiful light, great aged brass finish. The back plate is non-decorative wall bracket which is meant to have a picture covering it. Not meant to be a stand alone task light. Great finish.
