AVOID THIS FAUCET AT ALL COSTS
Purchased this product less than one 6 months ago. It has since started dripping badly and is getting worse. Moen seems overwhelmed with calls and is only offering a call back Service days after the initial call. It is also impossible to find a replacement cartridge for this model. So your option is to wait and hope they call back, live with the drip, or purchase a new, most likely not MOEN, faucet. Very disappointed
