Just installed, and looks nice. Was trying to match a discontinued Moen Monticello faucet. Hoping for good service, as Moen has stood behind their product in the past.

Hard to maintain; too fancy for its own good

This came with my new house about 6 years ago, and now it developed a drip. Scouring online to fix the problem is useless. They all talk about how to remove the handles by holding onto the base, but the fancy design makes it hard to do so. Handle takes up 70% of the fixture, and the base is too low to get a grip on. Following the instructions in reverse does not help as well, since it assumes that the faucet handle is separate from the midsection. I don't recommend it for DIY fixers.

The faucet had a faulty tap. The unit was immediately replaced by Moen at no charge. The replacement unit was delivered in the time frame specified.

I love the look of these faucets. I just question that the Home Depot website states that this model comes with ceramic disc valves but when I asked my plumber if they were ceramic disc valves inside the faucet he said, no. I question whether Home Depot sells a cheaper version than if one bought from the manufacturer. In all, it is a beautiful faucet.
