Pretty, but problematic

We bought this in Chrome and really love the look and feel of it. Like other reviewers, our plumber had to remove the filter? to keep it from spraying everywhere.

Nice faucet, could have been easier

Love the faucet. I am a homeowner and it wasn’t hard to replace the old faucet and drain. The install instructions were not detailed enough, such as listing Teflon tape as a supply but not noting where to use it. We had to supplement with some videos from YouTube to install the drain without any leaks. Also I didn’t realize that the 0.5 gpm faucet would have a spray pattern. I didn’t like that at all and I was eventually able to get help from a chat representative on a Saturday (thank you!!) who gave me the right part number to change out the aerator to 1.5 gpm (after I had ordered the wrong aerator that didn’t fit). It is annoying that you can’t tell yourself what parts work together from the almost-zero info on the website, but at least it worked out.

Gorgeous faucet

This faucet was the perfect addition to our efforts at updating our half bath. It is well made and works beautifully!
