It's amazing how uncomfortable this is when reclined. We bought this set (chair and sectional) hastily a little over a year ago when I needed a power recliner when I broke my back. It took me many months to figure out how uncomfortable it was- I thought it was just me and my back. But once I got out of the brace, this thing has been next to impossible to sit in for any considerable amount of time. And I don't think the mechanisms that control the recline are designed very well, we hear a loud clunk every now and then when changing the incline, and the footrest jolts like it's come off a track or something. Plus this material pills something awful. We paid extra for the protection plan and had a tech come out to look at it, and got little more than a shoulder shrug. So both things get one star. Less

It’s comfortable

It is a comfortable sofa for the price, but the quality control leaves a little to be desired. Our first unit was broken, and the replacement unit is better but not perfect

This chair is great for me. It doesn't look like a typical recliner and it fitsperfectly in my living room.

The adjustable headrest really sets this chair apart. No matter how tall or short, the ability to adjust for each is awesome. Super comfy and durable material for easy vacuuming to remove pet hair.

I would recommend this sectional to anyone who wants an extremely comfortable and sturdy small sectional. It fit perfectly in the space I have; and it's a recliner. I love it!

I bought the left and right pieces to make a love seat. It is as big as my previous couch a lot bigger than a traditional loveseat. However I love it. The controls are easy to use and each piece has a USB port. The couch is extremely comfortable and I love it!

Mismatch fabric on sofa

Was really excited to order this set but extremely disappointed that the seat does not align with the rest of the set and there is an obvious fabric difference between this seat and chaise set I purchased to go with it. AFW has tried to swap them out but no luck- and that’s the reason for the extra star.I was told that “the furniture will never be 100% perfect”, but I have never seen a sofa set that has two variations of fabric prints. Also, the showroom has a perfect set, obviously. At the showroom the manager said it was beyond his control, so we have to deal with phone customer service.Customer service explanation was that they have various manufacturers making these units and therefore there is no guarantee your set will have been manufactured by one company, hence the reason for fabric variation. Additionally, they want to charge to return it, and at some point the customer sales manager suggested I try to resell it on a neighborhood page… as if we need the extra work. Disappointed beyond words. Less

Horrible experience!

Besides them changing the “back order” dates 3 times we received the final two pieces of furniture and just when nothing can go wrong guess what?! The middle section of the 3 piece couch is a different shade of gray smh. At that point we really didn’t even went to deal with a return and having to wait 2-3 months for replacement so we’re keeping it. Honestly people go here because of they have so much selections and styles but the service is by far the worst. Would do zero stars if I could.

Versatile reclining sectional

Love the entire set! It's low-profile back perfectly compliments our open floor plan and the reclining features are great when we wanna kick back after a hard day's work!
