Do Not Buy

We bought on and alert approx 2 weeks of using only at night it quit working. After reviewing different articles it has deleted the wires on the inside where it connects. Worked great for 2 weeks but paid too much for 2 week use.

Fits perfectly on my small patio, and definitely puts out the heat. I like the fact you can raise or lower it. Thinking to purchase a second one so I have all around heat. :)

Amended - customer service was great. They acted quickly and sent a replacement within days of contact. This made me feel more confident about the product. Hopefully the issue was just a glitch and the replacement will last longer.

This infrared heater is a Godsend. It allows my family to extend the outdoor seasonal weather. We especially enjoy watching movies outdoors with several friends. One heater has kept 8 of us warm in 45 to 55 degree night time weather.

[Rewarded Review] Nice heater but assembly is a pain

This is a nice heater for cool evenings on the deck. I especially like the ease of raising and lowering the heater. I gave 4 stars because of the assembly required. If you prefer (like me) to not leave it set up all the time but to box it between uses - be sure to have a screwdriver handy.

It's an okay heater. Puts out a decent amount of heat, but you only feel it if your right on top of it. I would recommend buying a heater with a built in fan to help circulate the air.

Adjustable height is perfect for my patio during winter months. Keeps us warm.

Customer service was 110%!! First item I received, the heating elements did not work, and so requested a replacement part. They were unable to send just the part so they sent me a whole new one and it arrived overnight. It works beautifully and throws plenty of heat to take the chill off when sitting on my deck.

Tried it out and liked its effectiveness. Waiting for cooler weather to come. Want to us my deck a month longer as the season changes.

This is great! Good heat, not heavy and easy to setup and move.
