Do not recommend

Tree arrived yesterday. Very fast shipping. Was super excited to get set-up. When I opened the box the tree has a musty/moldy smell. Figured that would go away. So went ahead and put tree together. Was fairly simple to assemble although very heavy for one person. Also took a few hours to "fluff" branches. After getting the tree upright, I plugged-in the top sections and realized that there is an area on the upper part where the tree lights aren't working. Not happy about this as I now need to take the tree down and figure out what light is the issue and replace it. Or alternatively, I will just put another set of lights on it to fill-in the area. Also, tree is much narrower than described. It is only about 3ft not the dimensions noted. Again, fairly upsetting as I was looking for a bit more of a taper from top to bottom and actual tree is not proportioned as shown in picture. The tree branches are full and if the above issues didn't exist I would be happy. Unfortunately, I wouldn't recommend this tree.

They are nice looking trees. We purchased two of them. Second one was wobbly in the base. No amount of tightening the screw would improve the situation. Impossible to get in touch with the manufacturer (national tree). Seems the only option is to purchase a better stand with multiple points where screws can be tightened down to stabilize the tree. Disappointed - this should not be required. The other tree seems stable enough. So, bad quality control by the manufacturer I would say.

Wish I could give this a 0 star review. Huge disappointment. 10’ tall, ok probably. It’s tall. 39” wide at the base - Nope! No it’s so slim it look awful. I was disappointed last year when I put this up after buying. But desparate at that point for a tall tree. Putting up this year, it’s embarrassing. DO NOT BUY THIS UNLESS YOU LOVE PENCIL TREES

Absolutely beautiful tree and exactly as described. Very realistic branches and very lush once adjusted. Even out of the box, my wife commented “Wow, that looks real!” Not sure it needs any decorations! I would highly recommend.

Incredibly disappointed. This tree was beautiful. Took it out for the 3rd year and many of the lights were out. Only got 2 years out of it.

It was suppose to be cashmere tips, & it wasn’t. Also 4 of the bottom branches wouldn’t light!! We’re returning it!!

I didn't realize that the LED lights don't direct as much light on the ornaments. The tree was attractive and easy to assemble but not as sparkly as I would have liked
