"House" plant?

The instructions that come with it specify that to be healthy, the plant must remain outdoors.

Avoid purchasing. Waste of money

Came half dead. Leaves brown and falling off

Be mindful of much deviation with order !

The item received did not come close to the item in the photo. The photo showed that the trunk was supposed to have an S curve in the main Trunk, This one was straight as an arrow ! You stated that the one sent would not be exact to the photo and I accepted that when I ordered. But that much deviation isn't acceptical.

You get what you pay for.

Chinese Elm Bonsai was very reasonably priced and was shipped in a timely manor. However, the plant I received did not look anything like the photo. It was much smaller and will take a long time to get to that size and shape.

Extremely well packaged for safe delivery. Healthy, good sized with plenty of foliage and nice form to work with. Excellent product for a really good price!

Plant looks nothing like the beautiful graceful plant in the photo. It has a straight stick for a trunk, and just a round, bushy top. No shape at all.

What I received is not what I purchased

Be weary, what you see is not what you get. The plant is smaller than what you see and it doesn’t look at all like the picture. I understand I wouldn’t get that exact plant but it looks nothing close it at all.

Outdoor plant, not indoor

This is not an indoor plant, despite the description on the website. It comes with multiple labels saying "Outdoor plant" and the instructions say it will die if you leave it indoors all year round.

What I got doesn't look like the picture I picked when ordering tree, one I saw looked arabesque nice shape to continue with the growth. I got just an stump with very little foliage...first time I got something so different...

Still to be determined.

Received it promptly but it had lost a lot of leaves and had rough time transporting. I gave it a good watering and feeding, trimmed a few of the dead twigs so we will see how it does.

Nothing Like Picture

This wasn't a bonsai plant it was a twig with some leaves on it to look like a mini bush.

Disappointed would be an understatement.

I was disappointed in making this purchase . I was expecting the tree to look like this picture. It DID NOT. I paid $37.78 for a twig with a few leaves on it! shame on you Lowes for misleading.

What a crap they sent me...totally different than a picture, the tree is small and leaves are yellow, the pot is different color. ...totally wrong
