The Bonsai plant (tree) was better than pictured. Which is great because the plant or other items are usually worse than what is shown. So Home Depot you are unique in that your product represents a good example of what is sold. Thank You.

Healthy but Not Meeting Expectations

I was hoping for something a little closer to the example picture of the plant. I knew it would not be this plant but what I got was a bit on the scrawny side. The plant arrived in great condition and was well packaged. It was clear that the vendor cared about its safe arrival.
