Doesn’t fold flat

I Ordered 3 Of These Carriers Received 1 Damaged. When I Opened The Box It Was Packaged Differently From The Others It Even Had Fur On The Bedding Of Another Animal. The 2 Hinges On Top Were Broken Making The Carrier Useless Because It Does Not Stay Assembled, Therefore, You Cannot Put An Animal Inside It. I Contacted Wayfair The Same Day I Received The Package Was Told I Will Be Receiving A FedEx Return Label. After Not Receiving It, I Called Back The Same Day Someone Else Told Me It Would Take 3 Business Days To Process. After Those 3 Business Days I Called Back Again The New Person Did Not Even See Where I Started The Process For A Replacement So He Did It All Again Told Me I Would Receive The Return Label Within 24hours. Its Been More Than 24hrs At This Point Still Nothing. I Called Today Again They Told Me Tuesday The

While the shape and pad are both nice for cats, it feels incredibly flimsy. I had a 12lb~ cat in it and felt like I had to keep my arm underneath it to give it more structural integrity. Definitely wouldn't carry it with just the handle on top. Probably fine for a very lightweight and relaxed cat, but lt's not really suitable for a heavier cat or a cat that really hates being in carriers.

I like it because you can fold it flat for storage, it comes with a bed for the cat, and is easy to turn into a carrier.

I having a kitty who is a bit reserved due to having an eye removed. She is a rescue and this makes easier access at the vet

Small but sturdy and lightweight make this carrier perfect for traveling. Easy to get my cat in too!

Love it, but I still feel the need to carry it from the bottom as I have a fear it will pop apart. But it folds down flat for storing and that is a game changer!! The pad that comes with it though was ‘meh’ —I gave the pad to goodwill.

Very nice carrier....feels a little less sturdy than i am used to but so far has worked nicely....

Vet loves these carriers since they dont have to reach in to the cats face or try to dump cats out.It isnt very sturdy if you have a heavy cat or a squirmy one. Manufacture needs to use a more sturdy PVC-type material and definitely reinforce the door.My cats weigh 9lbs each and when I pick up the carrier if the cat shifts their weight you really need to have a tight grip on the handle and other hand bracing the bottom or you might drop it and I dont think it would survive the fall and your cat would escape.

My cat hates it (of course) But I love it.

Unfortunately my cat busted out of it and broke it minutes after getting in. Not sure if I'd call that a design flaw, my cat is just strong.

I really like how small and compact this carrier is. Easy to store which is mostly what you do with these things! Pops open and locks good. Plenty of room for a full grown cat. Easy for my cat to just walk in. I don’t feel it is as secure as the basic box with the locked front entrance but works well with my cats who are easy to transport. I do not use this one for my little dude who fights the carrier.
