Love them for they dont need to be greesed

Ordered to Europe, so I was a bit worried that they were not protected, came only in a plastic bag, but they were fine, no bumps. The shipping costed about as much as the product (dont remember exact amount). Still think it was worth it.

Perfect loaf pan

Great pan! Truly nonstick and easy to clean and maintain. Also… made in the USA! You can’t go wrong with these.

USA Pan Heavy-Duty 2lb Bread tin

Thank you for product solid and high-quality material and good design for long-term use without surface damage or defects in the material as is the case with cheap products.

USA Pan Heavy-Duty 2lb Bread tin

I bought this pan after a recommendation on an Einkorn baking website. I don't normally buy anything on recommendations like that, assuming a payoff somewhere, but I've been baking sourdough increasingly successfully using this series of lessons and Bakery Bits Enkir flour. The tin's been a gamechanger. I thought initially it was quite expensive for one loaf tin. It was much the same price everywhere, though, and sometimes there were complaints amongst the reviews on more 'wholesale' websites about damage coatings, so I went with Bakery Bits. I'm glad I did - there's a world of difference between this and a cheaper tin, especially with the stickiness which can be part of the stages of Einkorn sourdoughs. Both loaves I've baked so far have come out perfectly, with a final rise and finish I'm not so used to with cheaper tins. You get what you pay for - an investment piece!

These pans work hard and get the job done

Just received a replacement set of these pans, originally purchased from King Arthur Flour. I have used them for several years baking bread weekly. This Christmas I baked 18 loaves of bread over 3 days to give as gifts. All beautiful and well received. The old KAF pans had seen their day and USA PAN replaced them in accordance with their warranty. USA PAN shipped quickly and with no hiccups. Thanks much.

High quality Pan

Wonderfully heavy gauge metal. So far I have made pound cake, banana bread and a veggie Wellington and all have Caine out amazing. Highly recommend.

Not for Meatloaf!

The fat from the meat works its’ way into the seams of the pan and leaks out the corners. I’ve soaked, washed and dried them in the oven several times, but cannot get all of the residue out. I would have only used them for breads had I known baking meatloaf in these pans would ruin them. I gave them 3 stars because I do like the quality of my USA Pan pans. I’m disappointed that there was no warning that these shouldn’t be used for meatloaf and other items with fat or liquid as it will get into the pan through the seams and you will never get it out completely. I consider this to be a health hazard as what remains will leach into other items you bake in these pans and I would like them replaced so I can use them for breads only.

best bread ever!

I learned about the bread pans from the Jovial Einkorn Flour videos and all I can say is that young woman knew what she was talking about! My Einkorn Sourdough Sandwich Bread has never been so beautifully cooked with the perfect crust and crumb! Excellent products! I'll be back for more!

81/2 x 41/2, the right

81/2 x 41/2, the right size for most 500g flour recipes and surprising hard to find (e.g. see Amazon). Having made half a dozen loaves, bread sill just falls out by turning tin upside down. The right weight too; heavy enough not to buckle but thin enough to transfer heat for spring.

Love these pans!!!

I received 3 of these loaf pans as a gift. Amazing! I use them weekly to bake bread and love the results. The bread cooks evenly, has a light golden brown crust, and releases from the pan every time. Very happy with the pans.

Love This Pan!

I live in Israel and bought this pan through Amazon.com. I'm so sold on it that I wish they carried all your products, or that you'd ship overseas. I've made a number of different breads in it and they release easily, leaving the pan clean. The breads bake evenly, too, unlike light weight aluminum pans.

Excellent loaf pan for breads

The pan works well for breads, they rise a but higher due to the slightly smaller dimensions. The bread did not stick to the pan, and the pan was easy to clean. I did still use a bit of pam on the corners though. Didn’t want to take the chance. But these are high quality pans.

The best

These pans simply work better than any others I've used. They heat very evenly, give a nice crust and release easily. Yes, they must be hand washed, but unless they're truly abused, cleaning is quick and easy. Yes, they cost more than others. After the first dozen times they're used, it just doesn't matter.

Quality bread pan

This pan is of a very good quality; heavy and solid. Basked bread effortlessly falls out after baking without any effort. I have no doubts this pan will last a long time and thus I'm so glad I paid a little more for a quality product. It is also taller than most pans on the market which makes a nice shaped loaf.

I was impressed !!!

After 77 years on this earth, I got used to the newer, lighter pans of today. I was majorly impressed with this pan when I picked it up out of the shipping box. I was instantly reminded of my grandmothers pans way back when I was little. It feels like it will last forever and I like cooking with that feeling pushing my creativity. Thanks for supplying such a great pan !

Excellent Quality

Replacements for cheaper tins which lasted only for a year. The weight and feel of these shouts quality. Only used once so far the results were very encouraging. The rise of the loaves and the crust was perfect. Only a gentle tap was needed to remove from the tins.

Best Loaf Pans!!

These are wonderful pans!! By far, they are the best bread pans I have ever used. The baked loaves fall right out leaving zero bread. Each loaf was uniform and evenly baked. These will give you professional results. They are super easy to clean. If there was a negative, it is that they must be hand washed. Though, to be fair, almost all nonstick is not dishwasher safe. Another thing is that water beads up in the folded metal corners and rolled edges. Allow extra drying time. These pans are quite heavy and appear extremely durable. They will undoubtedly stand up to hard use. I am very pleased with my purchase and give USA PANS a high recommendation.
