Nordicware Almond Loaf Pan

Perfect. Just what I was looking for to make a couple of European/Scandinavian cakes. The tin releases easily and washes up well. Easy to cut slices too thanks to the design.

I bought this to make cutting easy. Super wasy to cut with ridges from the pan and makes a very pretty cake/bread for icing.

I was so excited about these pans but what a disappointment. I have yet to use these without them sticking and ruining my creations. I’ve tried greasing them, greasing and flouring, using baker’s joy, all to no avail. After only a couple uses the finish is coming off.

Not what I thought it was

Was not what I thought it was, has no top to it.

It is perfect for Swedish Almond Cake! I didn't know, until I researched, that Nordic Ware made this style of baking pan!!

NOT what it appears to be

This pan appears as a crimp pan, it IS NOT. It is a one piece pan that is not as the picture appears. Way to much money for what you get

Great pan

This is a great pan and the almond cake recipe printed on the packaging was amazing. The pan is non stick and makes the nicest cake. I use Nordic Ware pans regularly in my baking business so I trust their brand. I am very happy with this purchase.

This is Nordicware?

I own several nordicware pans of all types, including loaf pans. I was quite shocked at how thin and light this pan is, it just doesnt feel like any of my other nordicware bakeware. I'm sure it will work fine, but doubt it will last like my other pieces have.

Clever variation on a loaf pan

I've used it a few times. It took a few bakings to get the "feel" of it and how to center it on a cookie sheet in the oven. And, it works well when I have overflow for some of my bread recipes, as I usually bake up 3 or 4 at a time.

This pan is light weight. The color is an attractive blue. I think it is new for Nordic Ware. I am fascinated by the ridge design, perfect for even slicing. I am looking forward to making the Almond Cinnamon Bread recipe on the product packaging.

With this pan there are several desserts I can make.

I really like Nordicware

Nordicware produces made-in-America quality pans. They also provide recipes. The regular flours and the gluten-free products, combined with the pans, always make finished item look and taste spectacular. This pan makes the 5th Nordicware I have purchased. I have used my Bundt cake pan since the 80's. Very good stuff.
