Rubber edging not durable

The size and weight of the dish is fine, but the rubber ring is not durable at all. My dog chewed holes in it within 3 feedings, so I had to toss (and the dish is not left down all day). Keep that mind if you’re concerned about noise/marks on the floor.

Easy to clean!

My dogs love these bowls and they do the trick. However, I was disappointed the non-slip anti-skin ring fell off of both of them within a couple of days.

Broken and wrong

The chirping bird was broken and they shipped the wrong bowls.

slows down my dogs eating

the bowl slows down my dog from eating too fast which is what I was looking for. they are bigger than expected (the sizes are listed I just didn't accurately picture the actual size compared to my very small dog). 2 bowls for the price so I use one for water which works well for him since he's small but I don't think it would work for water for a larger dog

Works well, BUT

These bowls have worked well to slow down the dogs eating too fast, but the rubber around the base collects dirt and food. They need to come up with a better method to keep the bowls from sliding.

Disappointed

It was all my fault. I didn’t realize there were two in the order. But then again I’m wondering why there’s two in the order. So. Ow I have an extra one I really don’t need.

Helps my Puppy Slow Down Eating

This really helps my puppy slow down eating process so he doesn't gulp it.

Slow him or her down

My at would eat so fast that he would upchuck almost immediately. With this bowl he eats slower. The non skid base is keeps the bowl from sliding off his feeding area. I am very happy I bought the bowls.

Not so good

These bowls do not really slow the dogs eating down and one is starting to rust on the edge.

Very effective

My puppies would race thru their food so fast and get hiccups. Now with these bowls they are much slower. I also put ice cubes in there between feedings and it is like an enrichment toy for them.

Pleased

These bowls were purchased for our dogs at the local animal shelter where I am a volunteer. Some due to stress gobble their kibble which causes issues. These should prevent that and appear durable for numerous dogs.

Works great to keep my dog from eating so fast. He was scared at first but knowing there was food he quickly got over it. Glad to hear him eating without almost choking himself.

Good but NOT made in USA!

I was looking for something to slow down my cat who tends to bolt his food down. This works well & is one solid piece. The ONLY things I would suggest is to remove or correct your Question & Answer that this bowl is NOT made in the USA. It's made in India.

Solid feel to the metal, good size for medium to large size dogs to limit the amount of food gulped down, but the rubber on the bottom edge seems a little loose as is it quite thin.

did not work

Unfortunately this didn't slow my Bedlington Terrier's eating at all. He gets thawed raw nuggets - maybe it'd work better for kibble? Just seems like the single middle column isn't enough of an obstacle.

No more clogged sink

The strainer fits perfectly in my kitchen sink. Catching everything I miss scraping befor putting in dishwasher. Best thing ever invented.

[Rewarded Review] Slows Puppy Down

This works great to slow my puppy down while she's eating! She was "inhaling" her food and gagging constantly at meal time but, with this bowl, she is forced to slow down and eats more calmly.

Slow Feed Bowls

It has helped greatly making Sally slow down on how fast she eats and drinks. We have been very pleased with the product, as well as helping with the eating and drinking of our precious girl!

Great for my pups!

These really helped my two pups slow down eating. My geriatric dachshund has thyroid issue and is convinced she is STARVING all of the time and my Frenchie just scoops food up from regular dish like a bulldozer. They BOTH would barf up undigested food shortly after. This completely stopped w slower eating... and vet evaluation.

These are great stainless steel pet bowls! They look exactly as pictured and I love that they don't move around! I would definitely recommend these!
