I love it
Great Hand Shower Head
Grohe products are great and this hand shower head is wonderful. It is easy to switch between the 3 different shower pressures.

Excellent quality Grohe handheld shower head. Highly recommend!
Very disappointed
I’ve had Grohe products for 20 years so when my shower head broke I ordered a new kit. The shower head holes spit water in all different directions. I can work to open them up, but the next time I shower they do it again. I have a softener system so it’s not my water, it’s the shower head. Much poorer quality than my previous Grohe products.
Poor Quality hose
After a couple weeks from install the metal casing around the hose fell apart. After trying to put it back together the plastic hose popped. I submitted a claim but have not received a response.
