Broke After Single Use

Unfortunately, the plastic connection between the soap uptake straw and the pump broke after a single use right after install. Reaching out to Kraus for warranty replacement.

Pumps works, finish wore off quickly

Purchsed this dispenser in October 2023. Does it work? Yes, it pumps disk soap efficiently. But the plating on the end of the spout has worn off, revealing what looks like white plastic. So even though the dispenser still functions, I will need to replace it. Since the finish only lasted a year (if that), I will have to look for another brand that has an extra long spout like this one.

I just love my new soap dispenser. It’s amazing quality and the soap bottle is made from good plastic and holds tons of soap so you don’t have to refill it all the time. Very easy install. Definitely recommend

Matches the Kraus sink faucet we got and our Top Knobs pulls. If you look very closely, there's a slight difference in the warmth of the metals, but it isn't noticeable unless you literally are looking for it. It matches and blends well. Heavy duty and well made. Will last a while.

Very Well Made

What a difference a few dollars make. Rather than buying the cheapest unit, I went for a reputable make with a high rating and OMG. The soap dispenser works amazingly. No extra pumping, soap dispenses instantly. I can't be any happier with this purchase. And to top it off... free delivery since I bought it on line.

KSD-41 is NOT 17oz, it's 12oz

I love this soap dispenser and was extremely disappointed to see the description Lowe's has on their site is incorrect for item KSD-41. It has a 120z capacity, not 17oz. The mfg site says 12oz and I confirmed with the mfg as well that a 17oz bottle is not available for purchase for this specific design. So bummed.

So reliable, I repurchased for a different house

I just purchased two more of these while upgrading the hardware on my kitchen sink. I reordered these because I have had another one in a different house for over 5 years without any trouble at all. That is much better performance than a pump I bought at the orange big box hardware store which failed after a year.

Grrat material and design

Excellent and high quality product plus excellent design. Dispenses the right amount of soàp. When the time comes, i will surely be replacing the other 2 old dispensers (of a different brand) which i have at home with a similar kraus product. Great value for money and highley recommended.

Should last a long time.

We needed to replace a soap dispenser in our laundry room that was 19 years old. This is nicer than the one we had. I only wish the nut that attaches the unit to the sink would have “wing nuts” my old one did and it was much easier to tighten under the sink and in small places. Otherwise I really like the finish and quality of this new dispenser.

We ordered the brushed brass soap dispenser to match the Krauss brushed brass faucet, they are not the same colour, the soap dispenser is much more of a light yellow gold and the faucet is more brass coloured. Unfortunately our plumber threw out the box before we saw it so we can’t return it and Wayfair won’t replace it. It’s probably a common problem when ordering brushed brass but I think it’s fair to expect the colour to be the same from the same company.

Reduces clutter on countertop

Looks great with our black Kraus Bolden faucet, and seems to be solid-- metal parts, great design. I like that I can fill the soap by lifting the top off rather than going under the sink and unscrewing the vessel. Make sure you have enough room under your sink to screw the washer on, we had to get a little creative because the cabinet was cut too close to the hole to allow the washer to attach underneath the countertop. A small amount of silicone is keeping everything in place.

I absolutely love this! We have a farmhouse style kitchen and its perfect, 100% matches the picture as seen on thr website. I love the special feature of the spout that lifts upwards so that your sponge or hands fits perfectly underneath for ease with washing. This is a great addition!!

Another stunning Kraus purchase

I bought this to go with the Kraus brass finish faucet I got. For a soap dispenser, this was a bit pricy, but I am planning a kitchen remodeling of my life time. It won't be fancy, but it seems like I will be able to have close to what I want and I wanted the sink are to be the focal point. This feels very solid in my hand and we'll made. It will go over my farm house apron sink. Some don't like soap dispenser, but I have always had one and I am glad Kraus had just the one I was looking for. Thank you.

I bought this soap dispenser because the design is beautiful and I was looking for a polished brass finish. When it was installed it looked beautiful and it was easy to fill; however, it jams a lot. After two or three pumps I need to take it out 'un-jam' it and then put it back. It was getting very annoying to I just removed it and bought a different soap dispenser from a different manufacturer.

This matches my kitchen faucet, which is why I bought it. It's pretty and good quality. But the Dispenser rod/tube is too long for a person with small hands to use with one hand. My grandkids cannot use it easily. The length of the tube makes it difficult to dispense. You have to make sure you press directly on the round part to dispense the soap. I don't have a problem with it, but it hard for some little people to use.

Great bold looking dispenser! You cannot go wrong

The soap dispenser looks great however i had to return it because i was advised to get an automatic dispenser covid and all. I would recommend to buy the item to complement the sink and the faucet. It would add class to any kitchen, the intent was to use it in my basement but I would definitely buy it in the future.

It does feel “solid” in a good way. Biggest complaint is the spout swivels too easily. Our old one was easy to use with one hand, while cooking. This one will swivel, lining it up over the counter all the time. If you’re a little OCD and want the spout to always point straight forward, you might be disappointed. If that doesn’t bother you, you will like it.
