Thanks for touching base. We purchased our pre-lit Christmas tree from Wayfair a few years back and now have to replace bulbs. We need to get the tree out of storage to see if these replacement bulbs fit. Fingers crossed. If they do not fit, I will return them to you folks for a full refund I presume. Thanks very much.

Terrible experience

Poor Website description. As you can see from the picture it says "Dual" color LED bulbs while the picture shows "soft white". I chatted with an agent online who assured me they were "Dual" color. They were not. I had to return all of the bulbs I bought at the store after being redirected 3x to another line in order for someone to take care of this online order. Not happy.

I ordered these bulbs to replace broken ones on my tree. They do not fit and was extremely expensive. $23.00 for 4 bulbs!!! Ridiculous!!!!!

Did not fit the socket

The base of these bulbs did not fit in the socket. The base was exceptionally long. I tried to trim them but they still did not fit. Wish I had my $12 back.

Thank goodness these are still available, BUT it shows LEDS don't last much better than conventional , are overpriced, and these bulbs are not easy to replace.

We love our Christmas tree from Wayfair so much we thought we had better get extra bulbs. They were expensive but worth it. Thank you to Wayfair for making the arrangements so that I could order the bulbs. I love Wayfair and I know you always look after your customers!!!!

These bulbs fit exactly in the sockets of a 9 foot pre-wired Christmas tree, restoring it to fully-lighted status. All other bulbs I tried previously did not work properly. By using an LED Keeper took to test each of the inter-connected light strands, I was able to locate the faulty bulbs.
