Could not be more pleased. And the packaging was outstanding. The fact that it doesn't require assembling is a big plus. It has room for all our books. Fits perfectly in our space.
Soho Manhattan Bookcase
I absolutely love this book shelf. It was very easy to put together and is the perfect size. It was also very reasonably priced. I only wish it came in more colors.

I loved the appearance, the finish is nice, and the materials seem good, but it was sadly just way too rickety for me, with at least a good inch of sideways flexure in the structure. It’s really dependent on being fixed to the wall for any stability, and I’m very dubious it would survive any earthquake motion if it were full of books. Given the price, just not what I was expecting, and I ended up returning it (which I must say the H.D. store was extremely good about).

disappointed
Very unstable, questionable quality. I think these are way overpriced for what you get. The legs are so small. Not sure that it can actually hold the weight as indicated. It was missing parts as well. Spent all that time building them and not sure how to return them

I picked this up last week but still getting messages yo pick up.
nice wood, quality workmanship
So easy to assemble - just fold out. Came in well done packaging. I could carry it myself up two flights of stairs easily. I got natural wood color - like the lightness and natural finish.
No assembly bookcase
This folding bookcase was exactly what I needed for my hallway. No assembly, just simply unfold. Very attractive, and looks just as pictured.
