Love this area rug and have received many compliments! I love the chevron pattern because it’s subtle and unique. The color totally brightens up the room. We had a very dark color before and so glad to have gotten rid of it! It arrived folded and was very heavy! I really wish I purchased the rug pad at the same time. The rug is about 1/4 inches thick and could really use a some cushion. I will be purchasing one soon. The wrinkles didn’t take long to flatten as I vacuumed it several times. It does shed into the vacuum but not on my clothes. It is soft and beautiful. I would highly recommend getting a thick padding however and it will feel even more luxurious. As far as stains and cleaning, I have not encountered any issues. We ask people to please remove their shoes in our house and I don’t allow eating in the room, so far so good. I’ve had the rug for 6 months and I haven’t had any issues with wearing, snagging, or pilling. It’s in my family room and gets moderate traffic and many jumps and runs from our cat. Happy to update should I have to do any cleaning.

I thought it would be a bit less tan in the accent color, but overall it’s nice. It’s really soft underfoot besides the knots/burnt looking ends where it’s tied off. Doesn’t clean easily regarding pet messes (discoloration with a bit of nature’s miracle to clean up a tiny bit of pup’s regurgitated food) but thank goodness it’s in a relatively hidden area.

Update from previous review. We decided to try using the rug shampooed since spot cleaning the few dirt spots left by our contractor didn’t work. Made it again 1000 times worse. I used carpet cleaner that I have used on all other rugs in the house with zero problems. This rug is now tinged gray and Mia colored where we shampooed. We have only had this rug a few weeks and it is now going in the garbage. Zero contact by overstock or manufacturer. Be aware, you CANNOT clean this rug.
