Soft on the feet

I really liked this carpet. Very soft in the feet and was in my living room for a while. It does get dirty over time so keep that in mind when you purchase

The quality of this rug is amazing and the design tends to go with an inside decor you have. The rug was also very comfortable to walk across or sit down with my daughter. However it was hard getting stains out of it.

Stains on it. Cus svc was cold n unprofessional

I wish I could give zero star. The experience was awful. I've spent over thousands of dollars in the past couple of years purchasing different items here. But this time the customer service was really disappointing. I ordered this rug during the semi annual sale week, so that means the price was the lowest of the season and i had a twenty percent coupon to apply on top of this. When I received this rug, it was one week after the marketing promotion sale. I saw multi stains on the rug as soon as I rolled up, so apparently the item I received was a returned item from others. Called the customer service right away, and I was told this item was out of stock. So if I want to order another rug at this moment, due to the sale was gone, the price is up, the customer service can not do anything to honor the same price . Neither can they give me the same discount I had before. Bummer! Customer got punished by a defective item. This is not the right way to do business overstock. Less

Good not great.

The grey are really black dots that make it look grey from 4 feet away. Not as comfortable to walk on as my other rugs. If I had to choose again, I'd probably shop a little more.

Rug

This rug is well made with very soft fibers. It is nice and thick, feels good to stand on. The ivory color is not as "pure" as in the pictures, but rather slightly more dull. The pattern is elegant and contemporary. We have vacuumed the rug about 20 times before bringing it to our bedroom and it still sheds a lot of fibers (filled a tall kitchen bag easily so far). However, this is expected with New Zealand wool rugs.

Once you get past the not so pleasant odor of the packaging, the rug is really beautiful and made well! It looks (and feels) amazing on my dark hardwood floors!

Pretty rug

This is a pretty rug, although it sheds quite a bit. I'm hoping with age it will stop.

Well made, but color a little off

The rug held up well until my dog ate a marker on it! Good size and substantial weight to it. Nice and soft. Quality feeling. The only downside is that the gray is not pure gray fibers. It's a speckled mix of darks and lights that looks gray from a distance (like in the photos) but is actually more of a mottled, speckled look that feels spotty. That was my only disappointment but it was kind of a big one when I was expecting pure gray fibers for a full pattern look.

Not at all what I expected

Instead of this being a light background with grey pattern like the photo shows it is actually black and white threads mixed together to make it appear grey. It's pretty tacky looking. Unfortunately, since we were still renovating, I left this wrapped it and didn't look at it soon enough, so it could not be returned. I'll either donate it or put it in the basement laundry room or someplace where no one will see it.

soho ivory & grey rug

Love this rug. . . Excellent quality. However, the grey is really black in this rug, and that is what I wanted. It was shipped & received in 5 days from Pa to Ca.
