Misinformed Return Counter Rep
The Return Counter Rep tried to charge me a 20% restocking fee for a simple purchase of this vanity top when I tried to return it after I inspected it before assuming possession of it at the store. That is contrary to your stated "Special Order Configured Products Restocking Fee". I am very upset that this rep AND her manager on duty refused to accommodate me. They wound up NOT charging me the restocking fee because they did not know the code to enter into your system. PLEASE address this with those return counter reps at your stores!!!
Way too white
The white is very white, maybe with a tinge of blue? It looks medicinal, like it belongs in a hospital. I'm literally replacing the whole sink after paying a contractor to install it. Sad.
This vanity top is perfect for my bathroom. The white matches my new Kohler toilet and coordinates with my marble patterned floor tile.
