Furniture is a scam

If I could give this 0 stars I would. I bought this dresser less than 5 months ago. It was very difficult to assemble. Shortly after I bought it, the entire bottom cracked in half and folded in on itself. The company claims that this dresser is solid wood. It’s more like glorified cardboard. When I emailed customer service they told me that they don’t have the part in stock to fix it and may not have it anytime soon (or ever). They denied any refund as refunds are only “within 30 days of purchase” as I could have anticipated it breaking within a month of purchase (which probably happens with most of this cheap furniture). If you are considering buying any of their products, don’t waste your time. This furniture is dangerous to have around children and is horrible over all. Customer service was worse than the product. Cheap. Non durable. Difficult to assemble. Not solid wood.
