So far so good, only time can really tell.
Cheaply made, damaged and NOT what I ordered
My bed arrived ahead of schedule yesterday. It was so easy to put together that my daughter had it almost complete before I got home. It was then I realized how cheaply made it was and that it had been damaged in transit with a chip out of the leg of the footboard. the panels in the footboard are loose and pulling away from the frame causing it to look broken. It's mostly made of pressed wood or very thin soft wood. I will need to purchase some L brackets today to reinforce the bed at the corners. The drawers do not fit properly under the bed nor do to sit level on the floor. The only part of this bed that is entirely REAL wood is the slat kit. I will have to purchase a sheet of thin paneling to put over the slats to prevent the mattress from being damaged from sitting on only slats. I ordered the headboard with shelves, not the slatted headboard I got. By the time I realized it, the bed was almost completed assembled. The price ($351) is way too high for such a cheaply made product. I will definitely NOT EVER order any furniture from Wal-Mart on line again. LESSON LEARNED. If I could give this bed a negative star I would!
