Defective
instructions were incomplete. Worse than that, they noted to screw the seat onto the base with four screws, but there was only one small hole in the bottom of the seat, and it was in the front middle and didn’t match up with anything on the base. I guess I need a handyman to finish because I don’t have a drill that would be needed. Very disappointing for the price I paid.
