One Piece Came Damaged Still

One piece came damaged still waiting on replacement

Damaged

Appeared that some of the pieces of the desk had already been damaged but were shipped anyway. Additional damage occurred during shipping. Even at my request for a price adjustment, none was made.

Poor Quality and the color is just layered sheet

Though the Instructions and Size of the desk is good, it lack of Quality. I have taken the Gray finish and the few areas already peel as the top of layer is just a small layer of paper with Gray finish. Its not wood stain or anything. Also, the drawers are not aligning properly . The assembly time took about 4-5 hours with 2 people. I am not satisfied with the product. Return is hassle as I already fixed it (:-

Horrible Service

This desk looks great! Though, the company didn't send any of the Hardware for the actual desk and thus couldn't use the desk and now have to find with Office Depot in regards.

Overall good, but cheaply finished

This desk is exactly the size I needed and I like the side drawers for close storage. The desk also looks very nice in my home office. The ability to sit or stand is a big perk. The only downside is the cheap finish that easily scratches. I added large desk pads to cover the areas closest to my workspace but still have some chips at the edges of the desk after two years. For the price, this desk is great and I would recommend it.

Love this desk. Easy to put together and looks great. I WFH and needed something functional and love the option to bring it to standing. When not in standing mode it’s clean and level. Love it!

This is a great desk. I love the flexibility of the standing portion - it is very easy to switch from sitting to standing. Great design, great overall look. A piece arrived damaged, but the company sent me a replacement right away.

Sleek desk, very functional! I use this in my office, it's really easy to transition from sitting to standing. It did take a bit to assemble, but I had a great handy man who tackled it.

Quality piece and the shadow grey looks high end. Assembly is normal for a mail ordered desk. Instructions are easy to follow and everything is well labeled. Feels sturdy as does the desk extension. I’d recommend.

This desk is amazing!

It took me quite awhile to put together alone, but I was able to do it by myself except for 2 instances towards the end. I worked on this 3 hours the first day and 4 hours the second day. The instructions were pretty easy to follow for me but it could use better direction to say stop her for left side and proceed to page XX. Once I figured that out, I was good. It is sturdy and beautiful. I love the color which is more of a brown and it matches great with other pieces I have. The hardest part is getting rid of all of the boxes and removing the little circles to make the desk L shaped. I was happy that all you needed was a screwdriver, which they provided. I would recommend using your own Phillips screwdriver that is smooth, all the ridges on the one provided hurt my hand after 2 days. Overall, it was a great purchase and I highly recommend.

Nice desk. Had a broken piece in the drawer but my husband was able to fix it. Went with the white color and looks great in our office. Sit to stand feature is great!

It’s a great deal and exactly what I needed for my office area. The only thing I’m not crazy about is the loud clicking noise it makes when you raise the desk. And you have to pull it all the way up to get it back down. I’m 5’2 and the height still works for me but I prefer to have it a little lower so it is nice that it will stop at any height you would like. Overall it’s a great deal and works for what I needed. I paid someone to put it together and it took him about 2 hrs. I usually can put furniture together but due to the size I decided to have someone else do it.

And you have to pull it all the way up to get it back down. I'm 5'2 and the height still works for me but I prefer to have it a little lower so it is nice that it will stop at any height you would like. Overall it's a great deal and works for what I needed. I paid someone to put it together and it took him about 2 hrs. I usually can put furniture together but due to the size I decided to have someone else do it.

A bit to assemble but totally worth it! All pieces were in good condition except for the top of the adjustable section which had a few scratches on it.

I am obsessed with my desk. I bought it in white and it is just perfect. I love how it is so easy to use the standing part. It was not hard at all to put together. I was build it by myself without anyone’s help.
