Cabinet Door Sags, Drawers Crooked When Assembled

I followed the instructions to a 'T', perfectly, and the end result when fully assembled was one cabinet door sagging when closed, and the two file drawers misaligned. This has nothing to do with assembly. This was a matter of where the holes were drilled on the panels, etc., And there's no fix for that. Unacceptable at this price point.

Great desk

Nice desk. I bought this desk for my home office. Lots of spaces to keep everything organized. The color matches perfectly with my decor. Would recommend.

This was very difficult to put together because there are so many components. Once you assemble it however, it is a nice desk and one that we still use many years later

Great home office desk!!

I am very happy with my desk and hutch. I have NEVER assembled anything like this before and it did take me about 6 hours but the instruction were very clear and all the pieces were there and marked well.

Some problems

While the finish is beautiful, there is a chip in the veneer in one of the corners, the top drawer doesn't close completely, and the holes for the brace on the back are in an awkward place so that the brace sticks out from the back of the desk. Small items to be sure, but for this perfectionist, they are irritants.

Easy to follow instructions

Great desk that fits my space perfectly!

This desk is well made and was packaged and shipped with great care. Assembly instructions were clear and straightforward. It's a long, two-person job, so settle in with a friend and take your time. Some of the parts look similar but have different drill holes. Be sure to follow along with the correct part stickers (A, B, C, etc.). We had no trouble at all assembling. The hutch parts arrive in a separate box that is also well packaged and safe for transport. The materials, especially the glass and soft-close hinges, are high quality and will last for years.

Everything arrived in good condition and it was easy to follow directions for assembly. I am very happy with this product.

Very nice desk!

This is a nice, well engineered piece of furniture. The instructions were every clear and easy to follow. All parts went together well. It is very solid and very heavy. One person can easily do 90% of the assembly, but a second person is needed for a few of the steps, to position some of the heavier sub-assemblies. Two of the longer pieces of wood (MDF) arrived slightly cracked, and Bush was very responsive in replacing them. All-in-all, I'm very happy with the purchase.

The Perfect Desk

Although there was damage to the boxes during shipping, the desk and cabinet luckily had no damage to the actual pieces after opening. This desk and file cabinet took my husband close to 7 hours to put together alone (that includes going to the store to buy wood glue that was missing from the package). The instructions were clear and easy to follow as long as you unpack everything at once and keep pieces organized. It did require both of us to pick up the hutch and put it on top of the desk - this cannot be done alone. The instructions suggest anchoring the hutch to your wall, but I did not and it is still very sturdy. The color is exactly as pictured and it has room for multiple large monitors on the desktop. Beautiful desk and hutch. Outstanding customer service. It takes time to assemble, but nothing too difficult to figure out. I did not like the back panel design. I would have made it about two inches longer with smaller cable management pop outs. This way the pop outs could have been level with the desk and less noticeable for the two or three wires on the left and right of my monitor

Wood had some damage which I didn't notice until I built the desk. Nothing major though. It does have a strong wood smell but it looks very nice

Cheap Quality!

Lot of pieces came damaged. Haven't got a response from customer service yet.

Well made and pretty!

My new 'work from home' desk. Fits perfectly along a wall in guest room. I was surprised how well made it is. The color looks great!
