Nice looking faucet but I received a defective unit which the one handle started corroding after a couple months of use. Annzi refused warranty as they say it is hard water and there is nothing that they can do. As you will see, no issue with my cold water line and never have had any issues with hard water in my house with other products. Disappointed in the lack of support for the quality of its products.

The taps are very nice but have a design flaw, the plunger used to raise the plug stopper spins, so is often not centered. Aside from that my plumber tells me the installation was easy, but actually obtaining 2 sets of taps with all the elements included to install required 4 boxes, and 2 visits by my plumber. I had to call the company twice to advise pieces were missing and the assistance I received was hopeless. Throughout they continued to ask for photos of the missing pieces and asked plumbing questions I could not answer. My plumber advised what was required and I had no idea beyond that. I never received replacement parts and in the end I simply returned the deficient boxes to Home Depot and ordered new ones. Given this total lack of quality control I’m sure someone along the line will experience the same frustration I did as they open the boxes I returned, because it was obvious from our experience that both of the boxes we rejected had been opened in the past and parts removed.

Anzzi faucet

Spent 2 days trying to install faucet with poor instructions. Water line connector for hot and cold was very cheap made and plastic with hose barely able to flex. Connector would not stay attached and sprayed water everywhere multiple times. Will be returning faucet today and buying a better brand.

Beautiful faucet and seems to be very well made. . Just a little bit misleading description/concept of the hose being double the necessary spread. . Although manufacturer strong suggests its ok to flex it, I just didnt see this being a good idea at all long term (even with very minimal knowledge of plumbing)

These are just ok. My first set had an issue with dripping. Wayfair was amazing and replaced it. The new set works fine, but there is a small noise when I turn on the cold water. Not sure if it’s a plumbing issue or something with the faucet. Quality is mediocre. Would have preferred something a little heavier feeling.
